The summer after senior year was supposed to be the best summer of my life.
It was supposed to be full of adventure and self-discovery and making love under the stars.
It was supposed to be about losing myself and finding my way.
Only, it wasn’t supposed to start like this.
I wasn’t supposed to go to that party.
He wasn’t supposed to notice me.
The hot jock with the trust fund and chip on his shoulder.
My ex-boyfriend’s half-brother.
Noah Tedesco is so far out of my league he might as well be playing a different game.
Noah wasn’t supposed to look twice at a girl like me, but he did.
Now that I’m on his radar, my life will never be the same.

Carmel Rhodes is a master wordsmith that provides a dialogue that is emotional, sexy and real with a bit of smart ass in the mix, character development that has layers upon layers of depth and introspection.
"A no holds barred sexy romp where the the good girl meets the bad boy and life as they both know it will never be the same. If you like imperfect characters, sizzling sex, and a hero that just might become a sainted devil, look no further. "
I knew that when I had tears at only 2% in that this was going to be a special book. The author definitely closes out the series with a BANG! POW! SMASH!

Damien and Simon are two crazy specimens that deserve one another! When I was rooting for one Carmel Rhodes twisted the story so deliciously crafted that I rooted for the other.

Their chemistry is instant from the second they meet, and I spent the rest of the book, trying to breathe under their sexual tension. Throw in the part about it being a forbidden delicious office romance, and I was dying all the deaths!

I'm in awe of Carmel Rhodes writing. I think this might be her best book yet. Not only is this book her usual brand of sexiness that I love, but Cherry is so real and flawed that you can't help but love her.
This happens to be one of my favourite reads in a long while. It managed to capture my imagination with a hero and heroine that are seriously broken, and both scarred by their pasts. A toxic relationship that mends their hearts and a little girl who stole the show with her sweetness and sass.
